Learn to be Content

I would first like to apologize for the delayed time between post.  It is my utmost desire to keep and stay on top of my commitment and to spread the Word of God.

As I was sitting in my room tonight I had a thought that came to speak to the circumstances I  find myself in presently.

The Apostle Paul spoke about being content.  The scripture in Phillipians 4:11 says: "Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content."

And that is exactly my thought toward my circimstances and what I encourage for others. So many times we try to change situations and alter outcomes, but God wants to see our resolve. He wants us to be like Paul, content in whatever predicament we find ourselves.

How do we do that? We stand on the unchangeable, unmovable, and unshakeable Word of God. Our circumstances and situations do not define us and they should not keep us bound, but we should be encouraged to have a chance to show our faith, to prove our resolve, and our commitment to God.

So, I encourage you to learn to be content, in whatever state you find yourself in that God can get the glory out of your life.

~God Bless You
